All purchases at laura-parent.com-including prints, digital downloads, and commissions-are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges, full stop. Custom work comes with three explicit approval points: draft sketch, color draft, final preview. Sign off at each, or request changes-then it's binding. Once complete, that's it.
